How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, personalize, analyze, and improve Raizia. We may also use it to communicate with you, process property submissions, route inquiries, maintain accounts, debug the platform, prevent abuse, comply with law, enforce our terms, and develop new property intelligence features.
We may combine public records, listing observations, user activity, and derived signals to improve search relevance, map results, property context, quality controls, and administrative workflows.

We may receive information from you, your device, public agencies, listing sources, real estate professionals, service providers, analytics tools, advertising tools if enabled, data vendors, and other people who submit property or support information to Raizia.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that host, secure, analyze, index, email, monitor, or support the platform. We may share inquiry or listing information with real estate professionals, owners, managers, or partners when you ask us to contact them or submit a property for review.
We may also share information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, complete a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or with your direction or consent. We may share aggregated, de-identified, or public property information in ways that do not reasonably identify you.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising choices
Raizia and our providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, logs, and similar technologies to keep the service working, remember preferences, measure performance, understand usage, prevent fraud, and, if enabled, support advertising or retargeting.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some privacy laws may treat certain analytics or advertising disclosures as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Where required, you may contact us at hello@raizia.co to opt out of those uses. If we implement a dedicated preference center or Global Privacy Control signal support, we will honor it where required by applicable law.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, improve security, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or storage system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, including in states such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have rights to know or confirm whether we process your personal information, access it, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, limit certain sensitive information uses, and appeal a denied request.
We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. If our use of analytics or advertising tools is considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under a state law, you can ask us to opt you out by emailing hello@raizia.co with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
