By accessing or using Raizia, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Raizia on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms as the service changes, and continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Raizia provides property search, map browsing, listing observations, public-record context, property intelligence, account tools, submission workflows, and administrative surfaces for reviewing and managing property data.
Raizia is an information platform. We are not your real estate broker, lawyer, financial advisor, tax advisor, insurance advisor, engineer, architect, appraiser, or title professional unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
Property records, prices, photos, coordinates, boundaries, risk signals, school, transit, environmental, flood, safety, cost, and market context may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, transformed, or wrong. Information may come from public agencies, listing providers, partners, vendors, users, or derived models.
You are responsible for verifying all important information before buying, renting, selling, financing, insuring, investing in, or otherwise acting on a property. You should confirm details with official sources and qualified professionals.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit property data, photos, descriptions, contact details, and other content.
By submitting content, you grant Raizia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, display, adapt, translate, distribute, analyze, and use that content to operate, improve, market, and protect the service. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party information unless you have permission and want it processed by Raizia.
You agree to use Raizia lawfully and respectfully. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe activity harms the service, other users, data providers, partners, or the public.
Raizia may link to, embed, display, or depend on third-party websites, maps, APIs, listing feeds, public records, data vendors, analytics tools, payment tools, communication tools, and professional services. Third parties are responsible for their own content, terms, privacy practices, availability, and accuracy.
Some property information may be subject to source licenses, public-record rules, platform policies, partner agreements, or attribution requirements. You may not remove source notices or use Raizia data in ways that violate third-party rights or restrictions.
Raizia, our software, designs, logos, workflows, compilations, derived data, indexes, scores, models, and non-public content are owned by Raizia or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may use Raizia for your personal or internal business property research, subject to these Terms.
If you contact us, create an account, save a property, request help, submit a listing, or ask to be connected with a real estate professional, we may send service, support, transactional, administrative, and, where permitted, marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing emails, but we may still send non-marketing messages about your account or requests.
Raizia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raizia disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that listings will be available, that records are current, that maps are exact, that prices or risk signals are correct, that inquiries will be answered, or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raizia and our owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, property decisions, or reliance on information available through the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of 100 U.S. dollars or the amount you paid Raizia for the service during the three months before the claim arose.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Raizia harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Raizia at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service in a way that could harm Raizia, users, partners, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact hello@raizia.co so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
