Update a listing’s availability

Confirm that it is still available

Open My listings and find the property. Expand Property details if its availability controls are not visible. Choose Still available when the property is genuinely available, then check the updated status and next confirmation date shown on the card.

Take a home off the website

1. On the listing, open the On website menu and choose Take off website. Read and confirm the change.
2. The home will no longer appear in property searches or receive new inquiries. Its listing, photos and existing conversations remain in My listings.
3. If you also want to stop renewal charges, open the listing’s subscription controls. See pricing and payment help for the cancellation steps.

Put it back on Raizia

Follow any review instructions shown in My listings. Once the listing is eligible, choose Available — reactivate. If edits need approval first, wait for approval and then confirm availability; approval by itself does not reactivate an inactive property.
