Save homes and manage alerts

Save a home for later

1. Browse homes for sale or homes for rent, then use a listing’s heart button. Sign in if prompted so the home is saved to your account.
2. Open Saved homes to return to your shortlist. Choose Remove on a saved home when you no longer need it; this removes it from your list, not from Raizia.

Create a property alert

Go to Alerts. Give the alert a name you will recognize, choose the area and search radius, then set sale or rent, property type, bedrooms and your price range. Select Create alert when the criteria are ready.

Saving one home and creating an alert are separate actions: a favorite helps you return to that property; an alert keeps a set of search criteria in your account.

Pause or remove an alert

In Alerts, choose Pause to stop an active alert while keeping its settings. Choose Resume to enable it again, or Delete if you no longer want that alert. You can stop alerts without deleting your account or saved homes.

If your favorites or alerts appear to be missing, check which email account you signed in with in My Profile.
