Edit your profile and visibility

Check your account and photo

Open My Profile to see the account you are signed in with. The available fields depend on whether you are using Raizia to find a home or as a real estate professional.

For a professional profile, use the photo control to upload a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 10 MB. If an account detail such as your sign-in email is not editable, contact our team rather than creating another account and losing track of your saved homes.

Update a professional profile

1. In My Profile, review your public name, phone, WhatsApp, website, service areas and languages. Add a headline and biography that describe the help you offer.
2. Review Publish my profile before saving. When enabled, your professional profile may appear with listings and in Find a realtor, including the public contact details you provide.
3. Choose Save profile or Save and publish profile, as shown. Wait for confirmation that your changes were saved.

Hide your professional profile

Turn off Publish my profile and save. This changes your professional profile’s visibility; it does not delete your account. Manage property visibility separately in My listings. For how Raizia uses account information, read the privacy policy.
