The privacy policy, effective June 17, 2026, describes account and contact details, saved homes, searches, submitted listings, support messages, and device or usage information such as IP addresses and pages viewed. It also covers property information from public records and other sources.
How is it used and shared?
The policy says Raizia uses information to operate and improve the service, personalize results, process listings and inquiries, protect accounts and meet legal obligations. It may share information with service providers, professionals you ask to contact, and legal or safety recipients. Read “How we use information” and “How we share information” in the full policy for the details.
How long is it kept, and what can I control?
The retention and privacy-rights sections explain that information is kept as reasonably needed for service, records, security and legal purposes; they do not give one deletion deadline for all data. The policy describes browser cookie controls and access, correction, deletion and other rights that may apply depending on where you live.
